Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $119.99 AUD.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your eligible order value reaches the minimum spend threshold.

Please note:

  • The $119.99 AUD threshold applies to the order subtotal only

  • The subtotal is calculated after discounts and promotional codes have been applied

  • Shipping charges, gift cards, and any other added fees do not count toward the free shipping threshold

  • If your order total falls below $119.99 AUD after discounts, free shipping will not apply


Orders Below $119.99 AUD

For orders under $119.99 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.


Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • peak sales periods

  • public holidays

  • product launches

  • promotional campaigns

  • unexpected courier delays

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, standard delivery timeframes are usually:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.


Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, this may result in delivery delays, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges.

BIX Wellness is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, or high parcel volumes.

BIX Wellness is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, but we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving delivery issues where possible.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date or delivery notification.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • your full name

  • photos of any damaged parcel or product, if applicable

We will review each case and work with the shipping provider where required.


Authority to Leave

If a delivery is marked as safe to leave or otherwise handled by the courier according to their delivery policies, responsibility may pass to the customer once the parcel has been recorded as delivered.

If you have specific delivery preferences, please follow the courier tracking instructions where available.
